Oil pits / lakes rehabilitation Total sludge management

EARTHCLEAN adopted Guinyurd centrifugal system which is a part of Willacy recovery plant.

DAF & heavy sludge form real challenges for oil recovery. The DAF and bottom sludge is pumped and processed through the sludge recovery system. The system is capable of separating the waste oil to:                          

·         Oil “BS&W “less than 2.0 %.

·         Oil in water less than 1.0%.

·         Leach able soil less than 1.0%.

The oil recovery rate ranges from 4 to 14 m³/h.  The recovery rate depends mainly on the viscosity & temperature of sludge. Addition of a coagulate electrolyte chemical increases the sediment separation rate centrifuge.

EARTHCLEAN has recovered 100.000 Ton of weathered oil on this project only. Marinating an

 instant recovery rate is real challenge when operation cost VS. recovery rate has to be optimized. The system runs on diesel or electrical power.  The control panel is explosion proof & safe to

 be located in hazardous areas nearly crude oil gathering center & processing areas
