KNPC plans to upgrade and install new facilities at or near the site of
the existing MAB Refinery, and also to modify MAA refinery and scale
down activities at Shuaiba refinery. The purpose of this study is to
provide background data in support of the comprehensive Environmental
Impact Statement (EIS), which in turn is intended to facilitate design
and environmental approval of the project. Information for the EBS
report from WES shall be collected through site reconnaissance
activities including sampling, measurement and analysis. |
