Cleaning of Drums contaminated with hazardous waste material

EARTHCLEAN Clean up more than fifteen thousands of drums that may contain hazardous waste chemicals.  The drums were previously used to store raw materials such as catalyst and other hazardous chemicals.  The drums contents had been emptied.  However, traces of chemicals in the range of less or more than two inches may have been left inside the drums.  As per auction tender, the drums will have to be rinsed three times as a minimum to ensure cleanliness of the drums before any further action can be taken.  Drum rinsing has to be accomplished at a drums cleaning station or similar to ensure that all liquid wash waste and chemicals are contained and sent for further treatment.  At the end of the process, EPA shall approve the process and the contractor shall issue a disposal certificate of the drums contents.
