Waste Water Treatment Oil Water Separation

Produced water at oil exploration & Production facilities refineries & petrochemical installation shall be treated levels below 15 ppm.  Mechanical oil/water separation is always associated with high energy requirement & consistent maintenance. We use corrugated physical separation technique where the oil content in water is reduced to below the 5ppm.EARTHCLEAN has used coaleser separation, vertical hydro cyclones, polypropylene absorbent & carbon adsorption technologies.

Our oily water separators are approved by Kuwait University, capacities of the system varies according to client requirement. EARTHCLEAN has also used horizontal separation at its projects.
